Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

Full Time in Manchester

Deliver CRO strategy and campaigns for our clients
Continuous analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to identify both issues and opportunities in our client’s customer journeys
Create testing hypotheses and recommendations to improve performance and conversion rate, based on the research undertaken
Support with the design and implementation of recommendations
Run A/B, split and multivariate testing
Work with developers to QA and monitor all tests / changes to client sites, providing insight and recommendations for next steps
Provide ad-hoc optimisation support when required for our clients
Build strong client relationships and deliver workshops
Work in collaboration with the client and our channel teams to help in executing the strategy and testing
Develop a strong understanding of the CRO and UX marketplace (products, events etc.)
Support in the continual improvement of our CRO offering, and contribute to new business pitches
Monday to Friday schedule, Remote Working available.
