Improve SEO visibility and increase Paid Search & Shopping performance

Approach:

We delivered and executed a full SEO strategy, including Technical, On-Page and Link elements. We also re-built shopping campaigns and introduced feed optimisaton software. Moved all campaigns to Smart Bidding.

Increasing online & in-store sales

• We have worked with American Golf to implement an omnichannel tracking solution, based on web, app and in-store kiosk

• Due to high product values and the desire to tailor products to an individual's requirements, our strategy can’t be focused on driving only web sales

• This solution implemented allow us to track the impact of digital acquisition activity on in-store sales through click + collect (and in-store upsells) and custom fitting appointments

• This data allows us to optimise traffic driving campaigns beyond online activity and gives us a truer representation of customer lifetime value

• Whilst also running campaigns to push users into stores for Ping clubs (no online sales permitted) and appointments (custom fit, lesson, club check)

As a result, digital activity is now having a tangible business impact on in-store sales as well as online
